It is a new concept in information technology and has the potential to change the way we communicate and exchange communication, the specks are very tiny semiconductors that can sense and compute and communicate wirelessly., each speck has its own renewable source of energy.
Thousands of specks can be scattered or sprayed on the person or surface, these will collaborate as programmable computational networks called Specknets.
